Managing Director, Managed Services
As the Director of Managed Services, Jim Timberman is responsible for the strategic development of an entirely new business segment at Moser, working with several clients to provide such services as service desk support, remote monitoring, ticket creation and resolution, application support, and infrastructure management.
Jim joined Moser Consulting in 2014 and as an Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant managing several project teams to meet and exceed our service level agreements with clients.
Before arriving at Moser, Jim attended Indiana State University and Indiana Wesleyan University to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Concentration in Finance and Administration. Early in his career, he worked in the business and finance areas in the banking/mortgage industry for large firms such as Banc One and Mortgage Group of America. Later, he gained new skills and experience working in consulting and advisory roles.
With his strong background in both business and finance, Jim easily transitioned his career into the areas of technology management, project leadership, and client relationship management.
Now, more than 25 years of experience in the technology field, Jim’s combination of both business and technical skills has made him a highly effective leader in the IT consulting industry. When it comes to working with clients, Jim knows how to identify their unique and often complex needs and then engineer and implement innovative businesses processes to meet them.
Although his title has changed, his commitment to provide Moser’s clients with the best service possible – meeting and exceeding their expectations with every project – is as strong as ever.
