Whole Project Business Analysis Keep Projects on Track
Successfully re-engineered a primary business process while leveraging an existing application. A high-level vision statement was provided to initiate the project, followed by meetings with the business stakeholders to understand their current processes and pain points. Data flow diagrams (DFD) and process flow modeling (PFM) tools were used, providing a graphical representation of the current and future state of the process. Concurrently, the business stakeholders' needs were communicated to the development team, who then customized an existing Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) product to meet the needs of the business stakeholders.
