Moser's Project Managers are highly trained and experienced. Our staff consultants collectively have over 200 years of PM experience with proven track records for successful project delivery. We are well versed in large and small projects that span from the traditional waterfall method to various agile methodologies. We understand our client's problems/needs, outline an acceptable solution, and move efficiently towards completion.

Project Managers at Moser typically utilize the client’s methodology. In situations where a formal methodology is not employed, Moser PMs will default to using an Agile approach to project planning and execution. Moser PMs have used myriad tools to support project delivery. A partial list is below:
Moser was engaged to improve the minimum security protocols in place within a state agency. Moser established NIST 800-53 as the security framework and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) as the detailed technical benchmarks not only for our client, but also for all state agencies. Moser consultants have been on the selection board for a number of procurements, ensuring that security is solid and meets or exceeds our client’s standards. The team continues to be involved in architecture makeup and decisions, not only for security, but for validity and performance as well. Moser has been intimately involved in assisting the umbrella state organization with security architecture and standards. Moser was a significant force behind our client’s most recent IRS safeguard audit to IRS Pub 1075 standards. In the post audit debriefing, IRS representatives stated that they did not rank state agencies, but if they did, our client would be in the top 10%.

Moser’s Application Development Practice operates using an Agile software development methodology, utilizing a scrum team consisting of product owner, scrum master and a well-rounded team of developers versed in all aspects of application development, using Jira for maintaining tickets and backlog.

Successfully delivered a solution for retailers to link in-store POS (Point of Sale) with the online stores. It reduced manual product input in the online store, while keeping inventory in sync. There is reduced manual entry by associates, and prevents overselling products online or in-store.
Delivered a Security Compliance project covering technical writing, server implementations and upgrades, software upgrades and network STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guides) compliance while meeting FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act) requirements. Client continued relationship on another project to meet GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements for their EU based locations and business processes.
Delivered a network installation/configuration at a 1 Million square foot distribution facility in less than a week while the client was on shutdown without an adjustment of production hours. The client reduced costs quickly by switching to a new provider.
