Charity Surface

Charity has been employed with Moser Consulting for over 8 years. She was hired as the Contracts Manager and has since been blessed to wear many hats from property manager, liaison on several projects, Learning Services advisor, and organizational manager during that time. Her passion for continued learning and self-improvement has led her to her current role as Director of Learning and Development.  Charity’s primary focus, with the aide of the Learning team, is helping Moser employees and clients evolve into their best self, through personal and professional training. She has enjoyed watching the company move across the lake and grow tremendously throughout the years and truly believes there is no better place to work or better people to work with! Charity is married with three children and two dogs named Madison Mae, Blake, Bo, Judge and Jeter.  In case you were wondering, they are Yankees fans.
