Director of Learning & Development
Charity has been employed with Moser Consulting for over 8 years. She was hired as the Contracts Manager and has since been blessed to wear many hats from property manager, liaison on several projects, Learning Services advisor, and organizational manager during that time. Her passion for continued learning and self-improvement has led her to her current role as Director of Learning and Development. Charity’s primary focus, with the aide of the Learning team, is helping Moser employees and clients evolve into their best self, through personal and professional training. She has enjoyed watching the company move across the lake and grow tremendously throughout the years and truly believes there is no better place to work or better people to work with! Charity has three children and two dogs named Madison Mae, Blake, Bo, Judge and Jeter. In case you were wondering, they are Yankees fans.
Shawn Moser
Learning & Development Manager
Shawna is the Learning and Development Manager at Moser Consulting and has been with the company for over 10 years. Her focus is on logistics, client relations, distribution and debriefing of assessments through Target Training International, and helping others be their best. She is certified in DISC, Driving Forces, Emotional Intelligence, and Job Benchmarking. In her free time, she enjoys sports and spending time with her husband, four boys, and their two dogs.
Doug Beers
Senior Consultant
Doug is a Senior Consultant for the Learning Services division at Moser Consulting and has been with the company for 9+ years. He is looking forward to expanding the Learning Services impact in Moser and to our clients through implementing learning management systems and content management. He is certified in Scaled Agile: Certified SAFe Agilist, BBST Foundations of Software Testing, and ICAgile: ICP Foundations of DevOps. In his free time he enjoys hiking, playing video games, and reading.
Megan Saylor
Senior Consultant & Engagement Manager
Megan is a Senior Consultant and Engagement Manager at Moser Consulting and has been with the company for 10 years. Her main focus has been in Middleware, as an LMS Systems Owner, for the TQC contract. She has been an EM for over 3 years for several clients including HighPoint Digital and Mindwrap. She is also currently helping to deliver Moser’s own LMS, called HRLearn, for both internal use and future client engagements! She is certified in BBST Foundations of Software Testing, ICAgile: Foundations of DevOps, Scaled Agile: SAFe Agilist, Learn Server Administration (Blackboard) and Presenting Powerful Presentations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old son, her second rescue pig, Bamsi and relaxing (or trying!) in the yoga studio.
Evan Vance
Business Account Representative
Evan Vance is a Business Account Representative for Moser Consulting and has been with Moser since the start of 2024. He is focusing on the Learning Services department at Moser. He is excited to find and help employers and employees become the best person they can be. In his free time, you could find him on the golf course or simply spending quality time with his wife and son.
