Moser Consulting Acquires Russell Martin & Associates

Moser Consulting, an Indianapolis-based technology consulting company, has acquired Fishers-based corporate training powerhouse Russell Martin & Associates (RMA). The partnership will serve to boost Moser’s business and leadership training capabilities to better serve the tech community in Indianapolis and Baltimore.

Moser provides the talent, tools and technology to support operations that rely on data to gain a competitive advantage. The focus of Russell Martin is to deliver real-world understanding of the challenges in the workplace and help companies develop the thought leadership to quickly improve overall business performance. The acquisition of Russell Martin & Associates brings a new facet to Moser’s strategy of offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions to its enterprise clients. Since 1987, RMA has been consulting, creating and delivering business learning experiences.

“By tackling the tough issues that block growth, we deliver measurable improvement seen in increased ROI and employee performance,” said Lou Russell, Founder of RMA. “Because we believe that training is often just part of the solution to business problems, we incorporate a huge array of services and products to help customer employees become more productive. We flex our services to their specific needs.”

Russell is the author of seven books on project management and leadership training. She received a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University and a Master’s Degree from Indiana University. She is also an executive consultant and speaker whose passion is “to grow companies by growing their people.”

“We are very pleased to welcome RMA into the growing Moser family,” said Ty Moser, President of Moser Consulting. “With their business leadership training and project management skills, the RMA team will help us facilitate and empower our clients to improve total performance.”
