Moser Consulting Acquires Westlake Interactive

Moser Consulting, an Indianapolis based technology consulting company, has acquired Carmel, Indiana based Westlake Interactive to boost mobile application development capabilities. Moser provides the talent, tools and technology to support operations that rely on data to gain a competitive advantage. Westlake Interactive’s focus on delivering high-performance web and mobile applications to improve business performance will provide clients additional advanced services to meet the high demands of today’s business technologies.

The acquisition of Westlake Interactive is aligned with Moser’s strategy to offer end-to-end solutions to its enterprise clients. Westlake will bring complimentary capabilities to Moser’s custom development offering by providing a strategic, user-centric approach to interactive design and application development.  Westlake brings fifteen years of secure mobile and web development experience to Moser’s broad offering of custom development, infrastructure services, managed services, IT consulting, and big data projects.
