Moser Employees Certify in First Aid/CPR

Eight Moser employees recently received Red Cross certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED. “We not only want to give our team a creative, comfortable and fun atmosphere,” said Chadd Wheat, a Team Manager at Moser, “but it’s also important to give them a safe environment. Having certified personnel to respond to medical emergencies is essential.”

The newly certified employees were trained at a class held at Moser’s Indianapolis office in October by a Certified Red Cross Instructor. The company also recently formed a Safety Team to assist employees and first responders during weather events and other emergencies.

“In the event of an emergency, it’s pivotal to have people on hand who are prepared and enabled to attend to the situation,” said Ro Townsend of Moser Consulting, who coordinated the training. “It also creates a sense of security in the workplace.”
